Submission
The Yale Journal of Law & Technology publishes scholarly articles on a wide range of topics concerning the intersection of law and technology. YJOLT accepts article submissions through email at submissions@yjolt.org, or by completing the form below.
While articles of any length may be submitted, preference is given to articles under 25,000 words (including footnotes). Articles should conform to the citation guidelines of The Bluebook. General criteria used to evaluate submissions include originality, strength of support, and clarity of writing.
YJOLT accepts submissions from all authors.
